Chude Jideonwo
Chude Jideonwo is a renowned Nigerian media entrepreneur, filmmaker, lawyer, and storyteller with over two decades of experience across television, digital media, public relations, and journalism. He is the co-founder of RED | For Africa, a leading media and communication company that shaped major social movements and election campaigns across West Africa. Recognized as one of Africa’s most influential media voices, Chude transitioned in 2016 to found Joy, Inc., a benefit corporation focused on mental health, emotional well-being, and human flourishing. He also hosts #WithChude, a documentary talk show that explores vulnerable conversations around healing, identity, and purpose, featuring some of the most prominent voices on the continent.
An award-winning filmmaker and best-selling author, Chude is the winner of Best Documentary at multiple African film festivals. His writing has appeared in global outlets such as the New York Times, BBC, and CNN, and he has received numerous recognitions, including Forbes 30 Under 30, CNBC Young Business Leader of the Year, and the Yale World Fellowship.
Olushola Olaleye
Olushola Olaleye is a multipotentialite and serial entrepreneur who has founded and built a number of successful businesses across the food and fashion industry.
He is a business consultant par excellence, and an exceptional speaker, who focuses on business profitability and self-leadership. He reaches millions of people monthly through his podcasts and mentorship platform.
Olushola is an alumnus of Covenant University, where he studied Sociology and became the first male student to graduate with a first class in the department’s history, finishing top of his class while at it. Dr. Chizor Malize
Dr. Chizor Malize is a global business leader, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC), a leading West-African, innovation-led, management consulting and advisory organization, providing business advisory and executive capacity development programs to publicly listed companies and executives of multi-billion-dollar institutions on the continent.
Chizor has over 25 years of professional experience in the financial services sectors with a Pan Africa footprint across 7 African countries. She has experience in financial services, marketing, consulting, financial inclusion, ESG and Sustainability.
Chizor is an Executive Education Alumni of London Business School, Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, New York and Yale School of Management, Connecticut USA. She has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialty in Marketing. She is a renowned international speaker and has designed and led several thought leadership programs across continents. She is passionate about development and is deeply committed to sustainability, industries and innovation, capacity-building, financial inclusion and business transformation.
Dr. Precious Oshideko
Dr. Precious Oshideko is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems and Enterprise Resource Management from California Intercontinental University.
He has led and supported initiatives in information security, compliance, and operational risk management across a range of industries. Dr. Precious has held roles at prominent institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo and City National Bank, where he served as Vice President in Operational Risk (Tech & Cyber).
Dr. Precious launched Arete-Zale Consulting, a global training platform that equips Africans to explore modern work opportunities and connects them with practical resources for harnessing their deep-seated potential.
Before this, he had committed over two decades to formal social impact endeavors across Africa, Asia, and the USA. Propelled by an affinity for youth and development, Dr. Precious has organized and spoken at Youth conferences in over 100 higher institutions in Africa including globally recognized Universities in the region.
Solomon Ayodele
Solomon Ayodele is a Product Architect & Technology Innovation Leader. He currently lead the ‘Change-the-bank’ function of Africa’s first fully digital bank and he manages External Innovation, venture fund, research, strategy execution and everything in between.
He has 10 years+ experience in Tech-focused Project Management, Solutions Development, Product Curation and Deployment, Design Thinking, Strategy, Social Innovation, Digital Transformation & Innovation Management.
He has built 3 Bank Agnostic Products in 14Months, experimented with tons of ideas and technologies, manages the Bank’s strategy for Inorganic growth.
Olagoke Balogun
Olagoke Balogun is a visionary leader and resilient entrepreneur with a strong track record of launching and scaling innovative businesses. He is the founder of So Fresh Neighbourhood Market Ltd, Nigeria’s pioneer indigenous healthy food restaurant chain.
In 2010, Olagoke pioneered the Healthy Food Restaurant category in Nigeria well ahead of the wellness trend. Through So Fresh, he has significantly influenced the way Nigerians think about food and its impact on overall health. His leadership has created hundreds of jobs, inspired a new generation of entrepreneurs, and elevated the national conversation around healthy eating.

Dr. Odiri Oginni
Dr. Odiri Oginni is a corporate executive, investment professional, and thought leader with over 19 years of experience in financial services, specializing in investment management, financial advisory, and business strategy. She is the CEO of United Capital Asset Management Limited, overseeing ₦1 trillion+ in assets under management and driving market leadership in Nigeria’s investment landscape.
Previously, Odiri served as Group CFO at United Capital Plc, where she led financial strategy and operational excellence for a publicly listed financial services group.
